Houses of Hope is a scalable congregational vitality process that helps churches discern God’s future, strengthen leadership, engage their communities, and create sustainable ministry practices. The purpose is to guide small-town and rural congregations toward the next most faithful, most hopeful step in their life as a community of faith. We do this through storytelling, Christian practices, and nurturing the souls of individuals and the institution.
Twice a year we offer three-day training events for leaders who have responsibilities to and for small town and rural congregations, i.e. Presbytery, Synod, Conference, and District Executives. This training will prepare leaders to facilitate the Houses of Hope process and to equip others to serve as facilitators as well.
Upon completion of the three-day training leaders will also be invited to follow up Zoom trainings.
